IHM’s MNOBA-RN Package Program helps overseas Registered Nurses to further enhance their clinical skills and knowledge to the AQF level 9, and simultaneously helps them to get registered with AHPRA. IHM supports and encourages the constant development of Registered Nursing staff to achieve postgraduate qualifications.
Our nurses are mentored and supported by IHM’s highly skilled Education Team to accelerate the application of theory to practice and the progress of advanced critical thinking to create competent and capable nurse practitioners.
The Master of Nursing-Outcome Based Assessment – Registered Nurse program (MNOBA-RN Program) includes a scholarship of AUD $6000 to support them with OBA training (NCLEX and OSCE) as well as settlement assistance, right from airport pick-up to accommodation and placement assistance, and PR services as required.

Entry Criteria
- Apply with IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each module or equivalent (EAP + MN)
- Apply with IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each module or equivalent (MN)
- Apply with IELTS 7.0 overall with 7.0 in each module: GCAN – ANP + MN or OET B (individual)
- Complete Entry into Care Skillset offered by IHNA within the first month of course commencement
- Earn while you Learn: assistance to commence career jobs through MWT Global
- Initial settlement assistance package including airport pickup, accommodation for six weeks through MWT Global
- Additional 5 points for migration with an ‘Australian study option for two years’
- Ongoing OET, IELTS, or PTE training online for students to meet English registration standards
- Stay-back option for 3-5 years
- Assistance with job placement upon completion of registration as a Registered Nurse through MWT Global
- Assistance with the migration process through MWT Global
